Yellow Marsh Grapefruit
Marsh is the classic yellow grapefruit, with pale flesh that is juicy, tangy and nearly seedless. It is the grapefruit for breakfast halves and fresh juice.
Grapefruit like warmth, which sweetens the fruit, so coastal northern NSW suits them. The fruit ripens through winter and spring and holds well on the tree for weeks, so there is no rush to pick. Plant in full sun with soil that drains well, water deeply through dry spells and feed with a citrus fertiliser in spring and late summer.
